A land surveyor is a professional who precisely measures and maps the boundaries of a piece of land, using specialized equipment to determine the exact location of property lines, which is crucial for construction, real estate transactions, and resolving property disputes; essentially, they define the legal boundaries of a property by physically marking them on the ground using survey markers and creating detailed maps of the land area.
